Michèle Fajtmann

Michèle has been passionate about the arts all her life. She was born in Belgium, and has lived in Brussels, New York, Warsaw and London. As a lawyer for 15 years, she has developed skills that are essential to the success of placemaking projects.

Since the creation of From My City, she has conceived and delivered a big number of creative projects for a range of organisations, businesses and individuals. She has extensive experience in project management including managing budgets, monitoring and evaluation, recruitment and management of staff and volunteers. 

Michèle is actively following the main worldwide developments in culture-driven placemaking and regeneration. She works in close collaboration with a diverse group of artists and creative people and is capable of putting a big team in place at short notice. She has a deep understanding of the importance of community-led development and has excellent interpersonal skills allowing her to easily connect with a diverse group of people. She also loves to support young artists and in particular young musicians. She is a columnist for several cultural blogs and has written articles and books in her professional field.

Gaia Saccomanno

Creative Producer, Marketing Communications Strategist

Gaia has been working in the events industry since 2004. Passionate about giving space to art, music and entertainment, she produces events for both the public and the corporate markets.

Once Events and Marketing director of one of London main concert halls and mix-used venues in the new Kings Cross Development in 2008, she has since then continued to consult venues, big and small as well as tech start-ups.

Since 2010, she has been producing creative events for the corporate industry focusing on offering unique and memorable experiences in the most sought-after destinations. She has been tailoring destination programmes for UK visitors collaborating with hospitality and experiences suppliers. Gaia continues to scout for, produce and provide talent for all type of occasions and projects.

Gaia is also a marketeer with experience in Integrated Communications. Passionate about strategically using the power of art and technology to drive change, amplify the legacy of an event, promote and facilitate connections.
